On October 23rd, 2023, we were honored to host a guest lecture by Melina A. Markkanen from University of Helsinki, Finland. This is also a part of Bioinformatic and Plant Disease Diagnosis class in our magister program.
In this class, we discuss about Bioinformatics and AMR (Anti-Microbial Resistance) Metagenomics. Her insights opened new doors into the fascinating world of genomics and its role in addressing the critical issue of antimicrobial resistance.
