1. Educator

Most graduates of the Master in Phytopathology UGM become lecturers at various universities in Indonesia, both public and private, spread from Aceh to Papua.

Evaluation of Study Program Achievements for alumni who work as educators after 2-5 years are:

  1. In the process of, currently or have continued Doctoral Program studies.
  2. Able to develop innovative and proven research in the field of Phytopathology with a comprehensive inter/multidisciplinary approach.
  3. Get national or international recognition from research results through seminars and publications.
  4. Able to develop learning in the field of Phytopathology and convey up to date science and technology in the field of Phytopathology in a structured manner.

2. Researcher

Many graduates of the Master in Phytopathology UGM work in Research Institutions, both Private and State Companies, especially under Agricultural Research and Development, the National Research and Innovation Agency, as well as Research Centers for Plantation Crops, Horticulture and Food.

Evaluation of Study Program Achievements for alumni working as researchers after 2-5 years is:

  1. In the process of, currently or have continued Doctoral Program studies.
  2. Able to develop innovative and proven research in the field of Phytopathology with a comprehensive inter/multidisciplinary approach.
  3. Get national or international recognition from research results through seminars and publications.

 

Plant Protection Professional

Graduates of the Master in Phytopathology UGM also work as professionals within the Ministry of Agriculture, the Agricultural Quarantine Agency, and other plant protection professionals throughout Indonesia.

Evaluation of Study Program Achievements for alumni who become professionals in the field of plant quarantine and plant protection after 2-5 years are:

  1. Able to develop science and technology for rapid detection of plant diseases, disease forecasting, biosensors or other technology according to professional needs.
  2. Able to carry out risk analysis of plant pest organisms.
  3. Able to communicate in the scientific field according to the profession at both national and international levels.
